If this bill passes, I'd be in favor of removing the Babs from the list that can vote against us and if that succeeds fast enough, removing the Romans as well.

I do have a suggestion. Since this bill is going to pass, lets start planning for the final chat. Here is my suggestion. We end the next to last chat the turn before the un is completed. Then we schedule the final chat. We try to notify and find all the people who participated in the game. Also may I suggest that we make trip an "honorary pres" for the occasion and let him push the final end turn button. This would bring excellent symentry to the game. Afterall trip was the founder, it is only right that he ends it as well. Also after it is over lets have a contest. starting at the original save let us see who can win the quickest and with the highest score.

I like the way the warmongerers jumped on the band wagon once they figured out that we could "downsize" a few nations.

But of course that is the best strategy for a diplomatic victory.

I'm strongly against a diplomatic victory, but it appears that a diplomatic victory is what we will have.

I also think that taking out other civs before going for the diplomatic victory may not be such a good idea either. Taking out other civs tends to hurt relations, so although we may take out some of the civs that may vote against us, these actions may cause other civs to vote against us.

Diplomatic victory is too risky and not very exciting and unrealistic, and that's why I don't like it.

There is risk and it is very exciting....that's why I voted for it.

If we get alliances or MPP before we attack (which will be easy), our relationship with others civs will be intack.
