I agree with E_T, and I disagree with BigFurryMonster. Sure, we might not always get the very best price by organizing trades in advance, but then again we do not have to deal with last-minute screw-ups (like other teams not getting back to you on time, or just being left out of "the loop").

It would be real bad to be left out of the loop...
Therefore I will suggest we appoint two diplos per team
(or a vice) who are both into the same deals.
Just like we do in emails with for calling RL-meetings using cc.

Diplos uses a cc-recipient for all deals made, so the other can do it if one leaves the game for a while. (e.g. cause of RL issues that suddenly appeared) What do you think?

BTW: diplos are in someway appointed, but should FAM do that all alone? - I think not... a FAM is appointed himself if you read the law. We can still do something about it, so things will be fair and square.
