The only bug I see in Civ4 is that you still win by building as many cities as possible, as close together as possible.

The primary bug in CivIV resides in its continued nonexistence, thus rendering it a nonplayer game, which is difficult for both SP and MP.
I think the true solution to the bug in CivIV is the very search for that solution itself.
Although the Rep. Party Donor resource bug still bothers me.

Not at all ive played many non player games online, the cheating is non existent

But in non-player SP the AI cheats at cards.
