Argh! That knocks me out of the game, does it? Although I'm still in (as some kind of jungle partisan fighter I believe), the game is effectively over for me. Congratulations to a fierce defender and a very successful counterattacker. Outstanding played!

I have not yet seen the save, but it appears it was a Cavalry/railroad blitz through Ottoman territory. My cities (including the capital) along the Ottoman border were undefended.

I will definitely play as long as people want to play.

Dave made a first class cavalry+railroad rush, broke my defense (which wasn't worth to be mentioned) and built railroads through my land with 50+ workers, conquering city by city (which were mostly undefended anyway). I have 3 coastal cities left, so yes, for me it's more or less game over. As far as I could see, he started the same thing with alex too, but then probably ran out of workers. You can play on, if you want, but it's basically against an opponent, who owns the biggest part of this continent.

France is no longer a factor in this game (my damn Palace even jumped to my FP city ).

I will do my best to survive until the end of the game, but it's really up to DaveMcW, Dominae, and jshelr to decide on whether to continue or not.
