I really do not understand this-Curt posts regulary in these fora and appears to have acess to his PC(unlike me).

Sorry guys, I have some grim news.

In order to meet my self-imposed deadlines for my scenario, I have to drop out of the innings here.

Yes, I know, I am a let down, but I am dedicated to CIV2 scenarios and have only so many hours in the day to spare.

Please do not think less of me for this, as I am acting to maximise my proudction of new CIV2 scenarios.

Bad news:

I am sorry to say, but I am going to have to drop out of this game. Due to me being busy in real-life, I am limited to certain time spent online. I am afraid that it would take too much time for me to play a PBEM. I tried to play the game, but I never had the time.

Again, I am truly sorry to say this, but I think it is for the best of this PBEM.

After all USA and UK operated under a joint command(Eisenhower) during the war, and the game will definitely speed up.

The Leader of the Soviet Union, Mr. Stalin, has said that he is a bit afraid for a german attack against the great Soviet union.
And that's why he has annouced that if Germany decides to add Large(with this i mean really large) amounts of troops to the Soviet/German border that he will be "forced" to stop diplomatic discussions with Germany.

And he also want them to respect the 1939 Non-Aggression Pact.

Stalin also said that USSR is ready to take refuges from Great Britain, as well as Jews from all Countries in Europe! In the New Modern State of USSR you will get nice living in peace!
