I'd say definately now, have posted a replacement thread, have said i'm not sure if its temp or perm so it does leave way for thor to come back into the game.

spam him with a few emails to try get a response, then guess we'll wait a week or so out of courtesy and I'll ask that other player who posted in the Gecko thread if hes interested.
You should join the IP games that me,jam,dmad,dre,drug nd timmba have been running we've been completing roughly 1 game per week for the past month or 2.
IP games are great remember when i used to play them with thrar,phobos and auric aswell. Good fun when you get a regular little group going.

A big problem is newbies signing up for lots of PBEM's and then deciding they don't like it or not liking being behind (they believe the might bars too much) and then quitting.

Traditionally, everything has been first come first served for placing players in games. Maybe we need a seniority system or a point system based on number of games completed (maybe extra points for not being a sore loser!).

Seniority sounds good to me (note my join date!).
