Changed production in a few cities, sold off some improvements. Pillaged square next to Viipuri. Resolved unrest in UK by adding another Scientist. Moved freighter out of UK and onto mines... moved Freighter from Archangelsk towards our eastern (sea) minefield.
Petsamo, with only a Red Army unit and an I-6, is indefensible; accordingly, we have moved the I-6 fighter to Murmansk. In 6 months, it'll be a LA-5 fighter, so we want to keep it from being destroyed on the ground. I plan to hold Murmansk strongly; thus, please (incrementally) rush Katyusha Rockets in Murmansk. I would also like AA guns in Kitela, since that city has no air defences other than an I-6 unit moved from Kandalaska. Kandalaska is also building AA. Changed production in Viipuri to T34/76, but that will go to KV-1 when we have the science for that. Archangelsk should be built up to be a huge production city so that before winter, it can be shuttling planes to Kandalaska and beyond, and KV-1's by freighter to Kandalaska. And possibly building Cruisers to cover the arctic convoys.
Our forces maintained a defensive posture, attacking no-one, only scouting a bit with planes and ships in the UK.
If any rushbuying is available - STAVKA requests, in order of importance:
Katyusha in Murmansk; AA in Kitela; AA in Kandalaska; Power Plant in Archangelsk. I sold off a lot of stuff (no antitank defences were sold, though ) totalling 560,000 rubles.

Due to the amount of improvement selling this month the Soviet treasury was able to cover the costs of ALL requested rush-buys. Remember to keep selling improvements next turn!
In citeis under my contol:
airbases rushbuilt in Baku and Grozny, permission granted for airlifts of labour-brigades as soon as they
are completed. The marshal can feel free to move any units he likes in my cities up the front line where they are needed. The 3 naval infantry in Batumi should be moved/shipped to the front lines ASAP as they are exellent fighters.
Tax rates:
Tax: 10%
Science 80%
Luxuries: 10% up to help with the shock when/if Minsk falls
