one of the things DL stand for is the meaning of Double Login , its the creation of a second handle , .... you are not allowed to use that

Le Comte is right on the abstentionists thingy. It the same thing at every government elections. When you're abstain you refuse to take your Republican rights and therefore have no impact on the new government. Nobody cares what you're thinking.
You abstain=You're out
