What would the victory conditions be? Some suggestions:

* Conquest
* Diplomatic victory
* Building a time machine and travel back to prevent the nuclear war
* Contact the people who went to Alpha Centauri

There could also be the Global Market, Transcendence, colonization of other planets, and if you want to go really far, a Virtual Physics takeover.
