Archaic, I was happy to step in while you were gone. Your on the move now in BE2. I hope you don't mind some of the changes I made: ie base names, SP's, tech trades or lack there of, base placements, etc. I suggest you contact Hercules if you haven't done so already and ask for a resend of the move. If you'd like, I can email you with some of what happened while you were away.

To the rest of the BE2 team, thanks for a peak at a most interesting game. Fare well.

Now that I have this USB Pen Drive and internet access everyday (Except Sundays and Public Holidays) at Uni, I'm back for good. And hopefully soon my blasted neighbour will be home when he said he'll be so that the cable can be run through his apartment and into mine. I want my T1 connection dammit! >.<

Hi BE2'ers,
I was a little releived when Archaic re-appeared on the scene because:
1. I must say I like the Morgan position in BE2 but I'm really not much of a Morgan expert and it really takes me a while to make the BE2 moves.
2. Several other of my long standing PBEM's have suddenly picked up the pace. In one of my games we're at 2215, one player just bit the dust, and we're making a move a day each.

That being said, I'd be happy to step back in again to keep the game moving until Archaic can take over or until you can find a permanent replacement. I probably would only be able to play a move on the weekend. Sorry I can't be of more help. Let me know if you want me to step in.

NW... did you realize it takes almost a day for your hotmail to be processed by my .Mac?

Sorry for reload. I wasn't sure what had happened to the
turn. I couldn't find the saved version because I didn't recollect
playing it and I couldn't find a completed turn. I did find something
but it wasn't a save turn. In the end I just had to play again.

When I opened the move you sent me the message was " Provost Hercules of the University mission year 2219". Could this be your missing turn . No problem on the reload...stuff happens. Please try again to send me the Morgan turn.

Received! Will play today (hopefully).

As an aside, just to let you all know, I'm moving in June. From Missouri to Minnesota (about 500+ miles). If I'm not overly active until July don't get too mad at me, but I should still be able to play turns with a semblance of speed.

Scouting out apartments this next week but should be back for the weekend and any turn that's come my way... then two weeks free and clear, and then at the end of those two weeks the truck will hopefully be loaded and I'll be back on at least by after the 4th (have to get a new ISP and all...)

The file you sent me is labeled "BE2-Nw-2219.zip" but when I opened the move it read "Provost Hercules of the University Mission year 2219".

Also, I've already played 2219. I need 2220 for Morgan.

Well you're getting closer but this time the move is labeled BE2 Hercules 2220. Sure enough when I opened it, it was the Uni move for 2220. Please send me the Morgan move for 2220.
