We can only hope "General Winter" will aid us soon, as he has in times past.
In the snow and ice we shall repel the dastardly invader! And more KV-1s will help!

My actions this turn...

*Moved Refugees from the Vitebsk area.
*Sold two collective farms to generate some extra funds.
*Began new industry expansion in Tashkent.
*Reviewed all Soviet cities, and they seem to be doing all that they can.
*I am confident the T34 regiment in Sverdlovsk will be ready next turn!
*Signs of very heroic combat on all fronts! Long live our Soviet paradise!

Special notice!
Comrade Armament Minister asks when the events bat program is to be run?
He is itching to see refugess converted to labour and begin road work in Caucus areas!
He is aware of how mega-important this is!
