It was a standard 4 man game. There was a small nub attached to the artic (only 3 squares) but it was still continent 1. I could see the edge of the rest of the continent but couldn't get to it without going 50 squares around. It was awhile back, but people did concede a restart.

we would always concede....there are times where you have to wander like 10 squares to find the one tile isthmus, but by then your 2-3 cities behind and a few techs/units/huts as well....

is this in the rah rules, polar start = restart..if not , it should be!
