It is hardly possible to draw the line between defensive and offensive use of weapons, especially when we talk about WMDs. We don´t see the point why you need BC weapons for defensive measures. If you could offer good arguments for it, we might negotiate terms, but we´d have to demand Denmark for it, to better control your actions.

But as you know, our both countries are friends now, so it doesn´t really matter for us. We just like to humbly ask you for a part of the reparations you might get...
Look, we both have suffered big losses, but the Reich is down now and won´t be able to pay for all the damage it has caused. So we allies probably should demand one single price and share it then.
We will agree on anything above 5 Million REICHSMARK for our country.
(OOC: See the difference? Deutschmark is the american invention after WW2, but in this scenario it never happened, so Germany´s currency still is the REICHSMARK  )

Thailand creates a Missile Shield of their own! The chance of hitting through it is 1/8, even as Japanese agents attempted to thwart its development (they were caught).
Britain now has 2 nukes.
Japan has 2 nukes,
Around the world, WW3 ends in all but a few places. Germany has accepted peace with its enemies at a heavy price (although many say Iraq got off easy) and the South Americans took a deal they couldn’t refuse.
Asia
German India given to Britain. As part of the Warsaw Peace, the German half of India now belongs to Great Britain. Many speculate they will reincarnate the Indian nation.
Oil giants, Israel and Iraq team up in the business and are making huge profits.
Space facilities in Russia lent to CNA. A few months later, 3 satellites have been sent up into space.
Japan attempts to nuke Thailand, all missiles shot down by Thai missile shield.
The Japanese advance slowly in Thailand itself, taking heavy casualties from mines near Bangkok. The advance in China isn’t happening as Thai troops continue to advance on the British and Japanese, fighting ferociously in the air. Neither side has been able to effectively use tier bombs because of the heavy fighting up in the sky.
Thai Government beheaded!! Most of the government, captured in Bangkok has been killed as a show of defiance to the Thai.
Europe
As the Russians occupied their captures in Eastern Europe, ad Germany fell back, refortifying their new border, they realized something. Greece was isolated in Eastern Europe. As a result, Greek Rebels decided this the perfect time to declare independence. They were not put down and were officially recognized two weeks later.
Government in Germany overthrown! The German people, tired of the endless wars and lost lives, overthrew the fascist government. They have instituted a republic.
The cleanup in Moscow and Leningrad goes at a very rapid rate because of help from Germany.
North America
The CNA continues to attack Canada. They first sent a diversionary attack force into New England, which retreated. Then the real attack came. On the Western border, the CNA drove into Ontario, cutting the country in half. The Canadians are now sending vital supplies up though the north.
USM invades CNA!! After hearing of the invasion of Canada, the USM has attacked and seized Cuba. They are also marching through several border areas.
South America
As part of the peace with the Allies, the 3 South American nations have reformed their governments in democracies and have withdrawn from the AU.
Africa
New capital of AU established in Northern Angola. It has been built from the ground up and already holds 2,000,000 people.

We are worked on a compromise:
The main differences between this and the Thai proposals are:
- Pakistan will be considered part of India (although we can easily give up this condition if Thailand really wants Pakistan to be independent)
- Border between India and Thailand moderatly moved east, in Indian's favor
- Border between Britain, Thailand and Japan in the area around HK moved west and north in Japan's favor
- Sumatra to Britain
- Border between Japan and Thailand greatly moved west and south, in Japan's favor
Those are instead the main differences between this compromise proposal and the old British proposal:
- Border between India and Thailand moderatly moved west in Thai's favor
- Border between Britain and Thailand greatly moved north in Thai's favor
- Border between Tibet and Thailand slightly moved north-west in Thai's favor
- Border between Japan and Thailand enrmously moved north in Thai's favor
As you see those compromises are slightly in Thailand's favor, so if Japan accept such a compromise we hope Thailand will as well as this is the maximum we can do.
