Stalin was selfish and cowardly bowing under the German threat. We aren´t. Our people will live free, and their brothers and sisters in the other countries hope to be freed too. You invaded Eastern Europe. You and your "allies" annexed France, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Sweden, the Benelux and many other once free countries. Humanity cannot tolerate this.
Withdraw to your original boarders and we will not invade you. Reinstall the former countries you annexed and let them vote freely for their government.

Our Revolution has swept away the old regime, and now we want to recover from the internal and external damage it did. Therefor we want to offer you Northern Pakistan, which is currently under our control. In exchange we´d like to import tanks, planes and artillery as well as AA and heavy infantry weapons from your country, because we have heard of the great quality of your products.
In addition to our withdrawal we would like to share our rich food and raw material ressources with your people. And we are willing to sign a border justification treaty which will secure our both borders for once and forever.

Additional Orders
Build radio and television stations along the Russian-German border and start broadcasting orders on how to create small bombs and anti-personal traps as well as stirring speeches to encourage the oppressed people to rise up against the German invaders.
Secret Orders
Send out small teams of volunteers to start a guerilla war and to contact or establish underground organizations against the Axis. Do this especially in Latvia and the Carpate Mountains (Romania).
Send out Polish exile activists to prepare a Polish freedom revolution.
The withdrawing forces in Japan shall establish a line of prewarning buoys in the international waters around Northern Japan. (Just a security matter)

Stalin killed, causing political upheaval in Moscow, Russia joins Allies, and new government established!
• A provisional government is established. Members have been chosen long before
• Leaders of the Stalinist Terror Command are publicly shot (after witness trials of course), other members arrested.
• Releasing of political prisoners of the old regime is followed be the freeing of those who were kept in working camps.
• A new liberal police force is introduced to prevent chaos, but the people are joyous at the moment, so order shall be present.
• The food is now equally distributed amongst the people. Former supplies to Germany were cancelled.
• The long planned constitution is put in place. (free religion, extremely high punishments for traitors and corrupt state officials; During war no freedom of press for morale upkeep)
• Huge propaganda machinery is started to rush the forming of a "People’s Army"
• the army has to swear loyalty to the Russian People, ATM represented by Comrade Mikhail of Russia
• A campaign for the selfless support for "Mother Russia" is started; People are ordered to give whatever they don’t necessarily need for the building of industry and army (including recyclable materials like steel and iron)
• All German representatives are arrested.
• All Prisoners of war, regardless of their nationality (except Axis) are to be returned to their home countries.
• A trial is started against those who supported Stalin "by heart".
In the Middle East, as the Germanic Reich conquered more of Israel, the German Government created the Islamic nation of Iraq. 3 million Arabs flee to the new country, running from the inevitable doom in Israel.
In North America, the Canadians captured New York, forcing the CSA government to retreat to New Orleans. The CSA has transferred all military actions and such to Kramer Associates.
In Iberia, the nation of Portugal no longer exists after Italian Marines and tanks simultaneously attacked Lisbon, forcing them to surrender.
The greatest mod on Earth, Methril, changes the ocean color back to what is was before.
In the North American Southwest, USM troops are managing to take land from CSA, but are stalled vs Kramer Associates.
In South America, small riots form in Argentina. The government has sent conscripted police to handle them. Also, Central America is overrun by Amazonian and USM forces.
In Britain, no gains were made because oddly, the German military ordered no attacks there.
In the Middle East, Israel kept itself alive by using stall tactics and depriving the enemy of vital resources. When Germans invaded the Saudi oilfields, they were already huge stacks of smoke billowing. Still, the Germans have managed to advance, taking Syria, Egypt and seizing the Suez Canal. Their Saudi advance has slowed because of radical Islamic radicals are forming and attacking German positions.
In Africa, the AU joined the Allies, taking all of Cameroon and almost all the rest of German Africa. The Italians have captured half of Mauritius.
In the Germanic Reich, great air battles take place, none with a real inner, although the Allies mission fails so far. In Vienna, Munich, and Athens, bio and chemical warfare has killed over 1,000,000 people and damage infrastructure.
Rebels under the command of Jack Beringholtz, take control of Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg).
In the Pacific, the Axis has taken many small islands.
In Asia, the Axis continue to make small gains in India, although nothing significant. China is near total destruction.
Israel, Germany and a few others are only 5 years (2 updates) away from nukes.
In North America, as the Canadians pushed easily towards the Midwest, a nuclear detonator went off, destroying much of that force. Chem and bio weapons finished most of the rest off.

Our sources reveal that the Irish, Welsh and Scots are happily fighting against the Germans, in fact some of the Irish are actually enjoying it. It seems they hate Germans more than the English. We cannot break our alliance so easily, we are bound by a code of honour, something the Germans do not understand. (/secret)
