To Allies:
We have come to our senses. We have no need to continue this futile war, and as it seems to be going towards nuking people, we wish to declare our neutrality. If Russia withdraws from Finland, we will withdraw from the North American battlefield and peace will be declared.

To Britain:
It's shame to see that you now want to destroy us, after we withdrew from Britain only because we wanted peace with your country - as well as with the rest of allies.

To Russia:
We are ready for peace. Withdraw from Finland and we will become neutral in this war, withdrawing from all areas that belong to the allies (as you can see, we already started this in Britain, withdrawing from there without wanting anything in return).

To Sweden:
We recognize your independence. We will also protect you in case of enemy invasion. Want to sign a NAP and a defensive protection pack with us?

It is not surprising to hear you now sueing for peace. Helsinki and two third of your country have been freed by our glorious Red Army, and Sweden now prevents Germany from helping you. Of course you realize that your fight is lost.

But demanding a complete withdrawel of all Russian forces is simply ludicrous.

Our demands:

• withdraw from ALL territories that did not belong to Finland before that war
  
• Pay reparations to Great Britain
  
• Grant independence to Norway (Norge)
  
• Cede a stripe of land (50km width) to Russia as "buffer zone"
  
• Join the Allies; declare war on Germany
  
• Russia establishes military bases in Finnish territory

African Union
The african union have won great victories in Israel.
But in India it seemed like they will vanish from earth.

The AU goverment have desided to move all it's resources to help the Indians.

To Thailand : Yes, let us form the Asian Alliance. I am sick of being dragged into European wars, or accused by the clearly insane AU leadership that Japan is part of the Axis. A condition for this would be that you stop attacking British China, as the British have always been good friends to the Japanese.

To CNA : The Kramer lands are ours for all time. We are sorry if the CNA doesn't like this, but we shall also take the rest of Borneo as you so kindly offered. You are in no position to object to what we do in Asia. Or shall we remove the peacekeeping forces in Mexico and allow you to be destroyed by the South Americans?

Orders : Welcome surrendering Kramer troops into the Japanese Imperial Army. Allow them to keep their weapons, and keep the units intact, simply add Kramer companies into Japanese regiments. All Kramer officers of the rank Captain and lower to be left in their posts. Officers Major and higher to be replaced by Japanese officers, and relocated to jobs at HQ in intelligence, communications, logistics etc. The Kramer High Command and the Government to be relocated to Tokyo, and the President, Chancellor, Vice President and Chief of Staff to be given the rank of general and admitted to the ruling "Generals' Council" which advises the Emperor.

Why donīt you accept our demands? Itīs a generous offer if you see the circumstances!

Japan sends the African Union ambassador home - he was driving us all mad trying to say that Japan was part of the Axis. Japan is still officially at war with Germany. The Japanese Ministry of the Exterior requests that the AU find a more intelligent replacement for him.
