When it was big in the US in 1973, I streaked several times. The biggest and best was an 8th grade class trip to Yosemite (in May), when I streaked Yosemite Village around dinner time, with running shoes, a black ski mask (terrorist kind with only two eye holes and a mouth hole) and ski gloves. On my exit from the most crowded part, I did the two hand raised V for Victory bit that Nixon always looked so dumbassed doing. 
Bad news, bad news, more bad news and good news - I got chased by two security guys in electric carts, some girl's school girlies (high school or middle school, I never found out) found out where I stashed my clothes, so they grabbed them as souvenirs - so when I went to pick up my clothes, they were GONE (as was my key to the cabin I was staying in) and the two security *******s were right after me. Ended up streaking about a extra mile and half extra along some of the valley trails to the campground I was staying at, then had to hide out for a while until some friends covered for me, literally and figuratively.
Some other friends finally talked the girlies into giving back my clothes, so I got them back eventually.
All in all, an intended 400 yard sprint got turned into the fastest nearly two-mile run I ever made.

Actually streaking is still well alive in student circles here too. It's more of a tradition, we do lots of sauna nights and stuff like that, so when people are cooling off outside.. it always comes to 'let's go for a walk!' and how long can you go. These saunas are usually located in or near downtown areas, so it's the real thing!
Everyone is up for challenge..
It's a riot, in Tampere there's student sauna right next to police academy, so it's a tradition to run right in front of their building because they have lots of cameras and police students gets to see that all the time. But they don't really get angry.. deep inside they love that too, I'm sure. Once they caught my friend walking nude in their premises, so they handcuffed him naked in to their bathroom for a while, because it was winter, so they couldn't keep him outside waiting for the cop car. They told him he was going to be arrested and that they are tired of them hanging around there nude all the time. So the car came and they put my friend in the back of the cop car, but they drove to downtown area in friday night and they were talking like they were going to leave my buddy there, naked! Worse than jail for sure! In winter and with lots of drunk people out.. They cruised a bit and then they just were laughing and drove my friend back to the student sauna and dropped him off there, people were waiting outside sauna and giving huge applauds as my buddy comes out of police car, nude and drunk, and like a celebrity.
