I am not rich enough to own a town.
...oh, you mean my local area. Well, scouse (rhymes with mouse) is pretty unique.
It's like a boring version of Irish stew.
You'd think Liverpool had a more exciting regional dish - but it doesn't.

I'm in the middle of the Pacific. I get a mix of Pacific Islander, Asian, Western and everything else.
West-Pizza, Hamburger, Steak, Lobster, Shrimp, etc etc.
East-Udon, Saimin, Sharkfin Soup, Teriyaki Chicken, Gau, Mandoo
You know it, all the great food in the world with an island twist.

Real scrumpy is quite rare. Adding the dead pig for flavour is frowned upon by HM health inspectors. It's not even a food.
Cheddar, on the other hand, is both a food and a place(soaks up all that acid in scrumpy).
