Huh? Your rants suggest that you have a good grasp of MDI/MTI. Are you trolling?

If there's a power outage when I am using Opera, I know that when the power is restored I will be able to continue my surfing where I left off.

I only have 512 mb of RAM, so I close Opera before starting any resource-intensive games and am greeted by my familiar sites when I come back.

I am traditionalist when it comes to shutting down the computer, so the feature is really convenient.

Opera conveniently places a Close All command in the context menu of the Pagebar, so preventing an undesirable resurrection is a piece of cake.

Besides, this is an optional feature. You can set any number of homepages you want in Opera; I just don't.

get this, I still start at ACOL . I'm too lazy to change it. Plus it loads real fast as it is a simple graphics page and always is on a server with no one else on it . I don't want to go to Apolyton, because I might hit a forum link when I don't want to. That screws up which threads have new replies since my last visit. So I wouldn't know how far back to go to catch up.
