Thankyou, but that won't be necessary, the Excaliber has finally responded to communication attempts, there was a general power failure, and the backup systems malfunctioned to send the ship off course.

Our ships have been moved from the blockade, and we are standing down some of our naval forces in the region.

However this is not the point here. New Sheepmania is selling the nukes not the Second Holy Empire of Sheepsta. In fact the Second Holy Empire of Sheepsta has had nothing to do with this or no knowledge of it.

We have signed the nuclear non-proliferation pact and the only thinking keeping democratisation From Sheepsta is your blockade. Why continue it?

Archaic: Since Sheepsta has signed the Non-Proliferation treaty now, and has vowed not to sell any more nukes, is there a need for the blockade? Legally the threat seems to have gone, and thus the court must voted if there is still sufficient threat for a blockade, which I seriously doubt. Indeed, the only reason to keep it, with Sheep having signed that treaty, is your distrust of him. Therefore, I ask you to remove the blockade, before I petition the other judges that the threat has gone, and thus the blockade is not needed and must be disbanded. Sheep is now no longer able to trade nukes, and if it does, it has violated the treaty it signed and will have to pay for it.

The LF has pulled all its ships from the blockade, and we are reducing the number of forces in the region, after deeming Sheepsta to be safer since the execution of Dunning.

We are sending most of the ships to New Marijuania for a refit, although we can keep 10 heavy cruisers and 2 advanced battleships in the area for a brief time should Alecrast wish it.

Sheepsta waits patiently for a response. Sheepsta has unilateraly delcraed that the blockade is ended and has resumed trade. If any ships from the Holy Empire are attacked, boarded or hindered in their rightful trade with nations who wish to trade with them we cannot be held responsible for the response.

Jackson has now decided to establish formal relations with Sheepsta and all Jackson naval forces have long since withdrawn from the blockade. Also the embargo placed on Sheepsta by the Jackson congress has been lifted.

All nations will be allowed to trade with Sheepsta. Unfortuantley we must keep our tariff system in place for the time being. This is due to the rebuilding of primary and secondary industry.

We will sign trade treaties with nations on a nation to nation basis.
