I believe there shouldnt be any difference (just to be safe I'd let everyone dl the one from the spanish page though).

What we've been discussing doing in the original AoW pbem about the rails, is to remove them all manually with cheatmode (a pain I know, but a lot easier for you guys who are just getting started and therefore has less rails to remove). And instead make the normal road multiplier 8, 9 or 10 to speed up things.

here is a no rail version of the scenario. all i've done is manually removed the rail network of the initial scn. I think we can then just agree not to build any railways. ok?
