The problem wasn't depression, it was anxiety.

And having a good life has no bearing on anxiety levels.

i dont understand... anxiety? you mean worried about things? just don't worry too much and when you are worried, think about everything good in your life.

I think Speer is trying to say that our society relies too much on medications to solve our problems when most of the cases are psychological not physiological and I agree. I dont know you too well so Im not here to judge specifically on your case, but I know many of my friends who take medication (including me ) as an easy way to solve problems. I for instance, have chronic insomnia, and I believe its more of a psychological thing more than physiological... but doc prescribes me anyway because my mom has it and he thinks I have it too

Anyways back on topic. I only had blackout 3 times in my life. And it was major ones too. First was during my friends 17th birthday secon was during summer in freshman college and last was while I was binging and playing tekken agst my roomate to see how much shots it takes for him to beat me. (I dont remember me losing but my friends claim I lost after over 13 shots and I fell asleep right after I lost. )
