As for "dealing with terrorists", Israel has done it in the past, with hezbolla: the difference is that israel and hezbollah could come up to some basic agreements, and that their core aims did not intersect (While Hezbollah may have the end of Israel as a goal, thier core goal was to get Israel out of Lebanon and mremake Lebanon as they see fit), while core Israeli aims and core Hamas aims are utterly imcompatible.

Hezbollah is much more politically oriented than Hamas. Much of the "social" work being done in Gaza is Hezbollah and not Hamas. Hezbollah has even gone as far as building hospitals in Lebanon IIRC. Hamas' political "wing" is centered toward a single philosophy..."Death to Israel". Beyond that, the wing couldn't get a fly off the ground.

Hama's political wing begun before their militant wing: hamas was inexitence for some years before they carried out any major terrorist attacks, and are an offshoot of Muslim brotherhood like Islamic Jihad. And I seriously doubt Shiite Hezbollah in Lebanon carries out much social work in Sunni Gaza.

And ICC judgments can only be enforced in the signatory countries. No extraterritorial powers there, at least in your definition.

I'm not sure about your english (sorry) but I'll see that as an invitation.

While there are parties in the Knesset who think that the west bank should belong to Israel (or more correctly to the Jews) because of "God's promise", none of them are taking the law in their hands and comitting terrorist attacks against Palestinian civilians. They are merely pushing for that stance in political discussions.

Hamas, unlike them, is mainly a terrorist organization. It's leaders oversee the policy of intentionally targetting civilians in the Israeli rear and attacking them using disguise and trickery. (Suicide bombers dress up as youngsters, pregnant women, religious jews etc).

The only two parties (to my knowledge) that have called to unrestricted harm to arab civilians in Israel and the disputed territories, are Kach, which was outlawed and dismantled (though it remains in the underground and is being watched by the ISA) and a "Liberty" (Herut) party, which was a bit less racist, and whose activists are watched by the ISA.

Many of the activists of Kach or Herut were fined or imprisoned for racist or violent activity, when evidence for it was found.

It's a point of view with I 'some' agree, but would have to add something more. The protection and...(I can't find the english word ) that the israeli army offers to the settlers establishment? in certain places (district of Bethlehem, for example).

Yes, I agree. But Hamas has a very high social influence, due to its charitable actions...Therefore the military actions made by Sharon months ago against the ANP were an error: they debilitated to the only substitute of the social version of Hamas.

The force of Hamas derived from its social support that it has. It's a success example that is taking other radical islamics organizations everywhere...

...it seems that the Likud is a left party or a partner of International Amnesty

and...what about the ultraorthodox parties...?
