Definitely. I don't know all the magic between the real old-timers, and there are waaay too many classic things on Apolyton (OTF, especially) which I don't know or haven't witnessed.

JohnT: the majority of the noobs people that come to apolyton, come due to the fact that it's a game site. then they find the forums, and then they find the OT.

Perhaps, once it was different, passing from mouth to ear, or something.

Sorry to hear you had such a hard time, St Swithin It's hard to imagine the seemingly always cheery woman we knew a few years ago could be going through such tough times after she left us...

But it's good to have you back You can count on us for judging you for who you are rather than what you look like. We ridicule everyone's looks

For those who don't know her (shame on you ), st_swithin (aka St Swithin or Lemur) worked on the Activision CtP team for 3 years and posted on Apolyton on a regular basis, participated in most CtP1/2 chats and was the first 'celebrity' to write a Column (the other one was Pyaray, also an Activisioner). She was like a crossbreeding of Jeff Briggs (function) and Dan Magaha (online activities) for Activision. Loved by all CtPers for her sense of humour and helpfulness, and famous for her fondness of Lemurs (or rather, Leemurs ) and colourful comments in one of the textfiles of CtP2 (some of which made the Apolyton Quote Database)

Oh, and she's a ManU fan. But considering she's American, I'd say that's a good thing
