in case people missed it, the two apts i started the thread with are unavailible for me...

and with room-mates... is that really a good idea? I mean sure you can work out who pays the bills but what about food and things you never think about like toilet paper?

Call me crazy, but I'll guess that they probably use the stuff.

What're you worried about to live with other people? Scared they might not be god-fearing Christians? Let your faith carry you through. If you're scared of humans, you're scared of God's creations... that's an unchristianlike sentiment.

AS:

make friends quick, get friendly with fraternity if you have to (w/o joining) and couch for a semester. I saved alot of money by doing this 2.5 semesters in a row.

My roommates often thought like you and never took out the trash, replaced the toilet paper, etc etc.

If both of u are lazy and want the other person to do stuff, It becomes a dare game eventually.... The first person that cant resist the rotting smell from the trash can will usually be the one who gives in.

though i do know a boy who got a house in west philly he's going to rent out... the thing is, it's so many miles from the school. but i'm going to have to holler at him i guess.

and college students only know how to take cause they' poor (unless ur going to private school then maybe being wit rich ass white protestant upper class kids is a different experience... )

If anything, Muslim's take genorosity more seriously than christians do...

That was a dumb mistake of mine... You'll forgive me though if I assume someone who takes the name of a white german dude as his handle is a christian.

christ albert, most people won't be looking to nick your food and stuff at the first opportunity

just find somewhere, with some other guys and don't worry about stuff like that. you'll have the best year of your life.
