I think Ming does a really good job moderating the OT (I can't judge for other forums). He's dedicated and available, and generally takes the right decision, despite a few mistakes when he's in a bad mood.

I sure hope he'll continue to do such a good job in the future

Heresson: I find that strange, but it's probably a coincidence. The guy who wrote Dilbert probably didn't know Ming and simply intended to name her after Ming the Merciless from Flash Gordon.
