Most real bars won't allow people under 21 past a certain point. Some places that serve food don't mind if it's afternoon/early evening (i.e. Most of Georgetown, Dupont/Adams Morgan).

If the meet is after Labor Day, I'd be amenable to anything on the Metro. I'm 20, but my ID says 23

If you go to a place which is both a restaurant and a bar you can be there but I believe you are not allowed to sit at the bar itself.

weekend of the 16th I'll be visiting some friends out in western PA. 18th is a Radiohead concert. 19th is my last day home, and 20th I move back to Uni. 13th - 15th could work, but those days don't seem to be talked about too much...and that's fine...D.C. certainly isn't an easy trip for me to make...and I wasn't entirely sure if it was workable to begin with. Just promise to take pictures

I live in the DC area and will be back by august 16-17, but I'm not sure. I have cross country training camp which might conflict. I don't recall which weeks it is. It would be cool if the 15 year olds took over though.
