Transcend difficulty, Standard map - average everything.
All victory conditions on.
Do or Die - don't restart eliminated players.
Look First.
Bell Curve - no random events.
(the rest of the rules options should be left unchecked)
AI factions should NOT be boosted (better starting conditions, more colony pods etc.)
If H0bbes allows it, players can choose their own passwords. Be sure to mail your desired password to H0bbes. (If possible I'd like H0bbes to choose one for me - the Consciousness)

We use Dreifels rules with the changes I posted in this thread. I'll try to make a more "viewable" version and send it to you.

Ok, Rubin, after you post your edit, I'll forward to the CMN (I'll include my University starting tech). Is the play order in time zone order like you suggested?
EDIT: I think I misunderstood about the edit, so I'm sending the info to H0bbes now.
