Well, it turned out that the Forsa research institute made a lot of mistakes while evaluating the answers, so says at least this article:
http://www.netzeitung.de/deutschland/248958.html (German, sorry found nothing in English so far).

The article says that a lot of "funny" answers like "our chief" or "chancelor of bankruptcy" etc. where counted wrongly, because these answers imply that the people who say this know Schröder is chancelor. Forsa leader Manfred Güllner admitted meanwhile that such errors were made.

That is quite un-professional for Forsa (which is well-known here)
