We would like to send some of our naval forces to help in your fight against Iraq. As you can see we too have been a victom of terrorist attacks and see that Iraq is indeed a threat to world peace. |
To China:
The US appreciates the gesture, however the US cannot fight along forces of a dictatorship against a dictatorship. When you
1. Grant independance to Taiwan
2. Have free elections as monitored by the UN
Then I would welcome such forces. Otherwise: No. Sorry.
To China (SECRET):
Grant independance to Taiwan and we'll announce that China is the best country to trade with. And we'll nudge major corperations to invest in China.
You don't have to have free elections. Theyre pretty pesky anyways.
To Iraq:
Saddam Hussein: Leave Iraq now and we will NOT prosecute you. However, if you do not then we will invade your country, set up a democracy, and leave back to Saudi Arabia.
To France (Secretly):
We love you but our people hate you. Make some conciatory gestures and things will be nice again.
To Saudi Arabia (Secretly):
Hmm....Lower prices on the oil you pigdogs. The corperations are getting too much money and the communists are rallying for me to do something about it.
If you don't, we invade your country and forcefully lower prices.
To Saudi Arabia:
We encourage Saudi Arabia to lower oil prices.
More to come soon. I gotta reboot the computer.

Iran sends a proposal to all the nations of Africa, Latin America, Central/Southern/Southeastern Asia as well as Russia and Australia:
You are invited to join the PMEG (Pact for Mutual Economic Growth). Where the economic imperialism of some countries seeks to enlarge their own wealth and influence at the expense of other’s livelihood, the goal of PMEG is to promote growth and prosperity among all partaking countries. Thus the following are the main principles of the treaty:
-Elimination of extreme protectionist policies and cost-undercutting that distort production feasibility and prevent areas from developing natural economic activities.
-Reduction of excessive tariffs (slight ones are okay to help cover costs of operation).
-Preventing monopolies and unethical corporate practices.
-Regulation of business bureaucracy to provide both affordable prices for the buyers and reasonable wages for the workers.
-Avoiding, when practical, purchasing from or producing for those that use harmful practices until they adopt fair standards.
-Through use of the above, keeping the flow of wealth and commodities reasonable that each country and region may develop profitable activities which will serve as the base for further advanced industries and economic practices, creating a complete and sustainable economic structure and providing the benefits of equal and bountiful opportunity, honorable employment, meritous gain, and the pursuit of heavenly enlightenment.
Iran to Oman (SECRET) :
Okay. just hold on till we can take care of our little rebel nuisance.
Iran to Pakistan :
okay we appreciate that. As for mediation, we aren't really sure. we've never been much good at negotiation.
Iran to U.S.:
we must protest your planned invasion of Iraq. You have no right, and there is no place for you in the Muslim world. We can rule ourselves, we don't need your "help" which is just a poor disguise for your imperialist and political ambitions.

To Australia : We condemm your use of force to make your people worship the false god Allah. More than 1,000,000 Catholics live in you country, work in your factories and fight in your armies. Consider carefully what you do!
Orders (secret) : All priests in Australia are to secretly arm and equip their congregations after Mass on Sunday, to march on the local government buildings in their area and attack them, to burn mosques and to crucify any Islamic clerics. The Pope promises them that as a crusade against the infidel, all the believers that fall will go straight to heaven, and bypass purgatory. Belivers that do not fight, are not true Catholics, and will burn in hell. This is of course all secret, and the Pope "knows nothing about this spontanious uprising of the people" (/secret)
To the European Union : As an independant European state, now of a reasonable size, and at least as big as other member countries like Luxembourg, the Vatican State would like to join the European Union. We are already using the Euro.
To the USA (secret) : If you want to fight against the Muslims, we can call it a "crusade" and get all true Catholics to help. (/secret)
To Estonia : Are you a Catholic country? We forget... if not, convert to Catholicism and we will protect you from Russia.
To Switzerland : We will pay double wages for any young soldiers that want to join the Swiss Guard Regiments.

People's Republic of China:
To United States:
We sugest that you mind your own affairs and keep out of Chinese Matters. We simply wished to help in your effort to figth terrorism. We will however send a shipment of aid to Iraq and will have our navy escort it to the region. Tawian is part of China and will one day be part of China once again, and their is nothing that you can do to stop that.
To Australia:
We wish to from a new alliance made up of all Asian nations. Would you like to be a founding memeber of such an alliance? It would be purely millitary in nature though.
To Iran:
Why would this trade alliance you sugest be benfit to China. The United States makes up a very large portion of the World Economy, it would be a very grave mistake to exclude them from trade. China benifits greatly from such trade and sees no need to change matters at the present time.
To Japan:
We wish to buy E-3 planes for our airforce, or new versions if you have them.
Projects:
China annouces that it will begin construction of China's first Aircraft Carrier. Plans for the new carrier are being drawn up at this moment. Also landing craft able to transport troops and equipment onto Islands of the Pacfic are now under construction as well.
