"Unnatural sex. Singapore Penal code 377 states that "Whosoever voluntarily has carnal intercourse against the order of nature with any man, woman or animal, shall be punished with imprisonment for life, or with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 10 years, and shall also be liable to a fine." The term 'unnatural sex' has for many years been interpreted to mean sodomy and oral sex. So if the penis goes into somebody's anus or mouth, this clause applies, even if both are adults and consenting."
Fez, you're one unbelievable hypocrite. Death penalty for marijuana possession? And you claim not to be fascist?
Explain the difference between alcohol and marijuana, and explain why alcohol should remain legal if marijuana isn't to be legal. Reasoning consisting of "I enjoy alcohol, so it should be legal" is inadmissable, since it is neither logically consistent nor does at have any rational merit.

alcohol and tobacco should remain legal because they are major industries for the united states. criminalize tobacco and the entire world demand for tobacco products would have to be fulfilled by a few countries like venezuela or cuba, which we don't particularily want to become rich off being the sole producers on the world tobacco market.

anyway keeping drugs illegal is a moral issue for me so i don't care about the practical effects of the drug war versus legalization. i want there to be less drug abusers around and legalizing drugs will not make this happen while continuing the drug war gives a chance for this to happen.

Fez, If I grew marijuana in my own home, never offered it to anyone or sold it to anyone.. just used it myself every now and then, but the amount of marijuana would be over 200 grams.. would you execute me?
Not personally, but order it, sign the papers and come see the whole thing done and look at me in the eyes? Do it old school with a firing squad. Are you the man to do that?
Because if not, then I can't see why you would like to have such harsh punishments for something that fits into the category, but not knowing what the case was.
Or even if I sold it. I grew the marijuana knowing I'd sell it. Maybe to college kids. I make profit, and spread marijuana now. Would you sign the papers, if it was over 200 grams?
Besides, you're underaged to be drinking wine in the US in most states anyway. Oh yeah, but you're Spanish, so that makes it legal, right?

This is insanely stupid. What you are saying is that the actions you choose to undertake are perfectly valid, and no one's business but your own. However, if someone else decides to take an action in their personal life, and you disagree with it, then we should ban that act?
You know, I could easily argue that homosexuality is a blight on society, and is partially responsible for the downfall of the family. I can make a whole host of arguments why homosexuality should be illegal.
But I won't. And you know why? Because like you, I believe that your personal life is "none of my goddamn business".
Now, if you want to stop people from driving while stoned, no problem. But surely you can't tell me that one person free basing in their house hurts anyone other than the person doing it.
And if you want to make the "society is harmed" argument, I'll just go ahead and bring up AIDs, and the importance of the man-woman family structure to society. Now, I don't believe those are valid arguments, but you obviously do, seeing as how you are advocating the exact same thing.

I have no problem with shooting people in possession of more than 200 grams of marijuana.
