One beer in the US is ussually either 16 fluid onces (a US pint) or 20 fluid onces (a British Pint). The 22 oz, 32 oz, and 40 oz beers are also seen but are less common then the regular pint. the reason for the difference between an American and a British pint is because, I believe, Parlement passed a law Standardizing a pint at 20 fluid onces sometime around 1780 and the Americans were trying to prove their Independence by deliberately making an American pint different from a British pint.

A beer gets warm in just about 15 minutes... Since I drink crappy American Beer, it must be drunk cold, or it's even gets worse... So no beer in my hand lasts more than 10 or 12 minutes... And during the meets, we were drinking on a continual basis unless we were in a car... Do the math you puppy

Sava, those two things are actually very close to being the same thing if you're dealing with something close to the density of water.
1 decihectagram = 10 grams
10 grams = 10 milliliters of water
1 centiliter = 10 milliliters
