My condolences.

I don't recognize the lyrics of the song in my head. It's an odd version of Depeche Mode's Never let me down again.

It's all instumental, slightly industrial like, apart from a couple of words which I can't make out and my mind has accomodated them under: " Devil and DJ"

Support Apolyton, pre-order Civilization IV

Lately it seems like every radio station I tune to is playing music by dozens of different bands, but they all sound like they have the same guitarist and the same vocals.

At least I can tell the difference between Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears' voices. I must have heard the same vocals and guitar on at least a dozen different songs, under a dozen different names.

I have a theory: They're ALL THE SAME BAND, and they've been using the random band name generator to crank out different band names, while trolling the radio stations with a bunch of different promo singles.

Sort of like Milli Vanilli in reverse - they've put the music out there, and all they need is a face to attach it to.

Assuming that was the Ken Burns doc - THE tune from that, which certainly sticks in the head was "Ashokan's farewell"

Every time I hear the Ken Burns theme now I think of the mockumentary I saw "So and so's Ken Burns' Civil War" (or something like that).

Freakin' hilarious.
