Jamaican Red Mountain (or is it 'blue'?), black, no sugar, made with an espresso machine (not one of the big ones though, unfortunately).

My favourite is Viennesse or Guatamalan (big and fat, the Viennesse with a stronger finish, the Guatamalan a little chocolatey at the end). Always with 1 1/2 teaspoons of brown sugar, and occasionally a square of dark chocolate I have a shop in town I buy from in little bags, and then grind the beans myself. However for most occasions I buy Cafe Direct fair-trade instant, which is pretty decent, when I can't be bothered to make real coffee.
My absolute favourite though is a Grande Cafe Mocha with an extra (3rd) shot of expresso, from Cafe Nero (my local). It's basically 3 shots of expresso in a hot chocolate topped with whipped cream and grated chocolate, in a huge mug. It may cost more than a pint of beer (more than 2 at some places ) but it's worth it... In fact, I think I'll just pop out for one now
Edit: Also I discovered a taste for ristressos, which are expressos made with half the water (very strong). However unless they use decent beans, these can be very bitter. The best place I've had one was the Tate Modern, in their 5th floor bar tucked away in a little side corridor. Was a while ago, but was done very nicely.
