IMO, Michigan is the best team in the country at this moment. WOW...

Of course they will get some competition for that spot from OU, Miami, Georgia, and USC. And, of course, they'll have to play OSU later in the year anyway (I think Michigan wins it this year, seeing how well they are playing and it is in Ann Arbor this time).

I think michigan and OK might square off in the national championship.

The big ten, as a whole, might be mediocre. But Michigan is very, very strong this year. Returning 4 of 5 HUGE offensive lineman and plenty of weapons.

Not a chance in Hell. Right now, Michigan would KILL any team out there. They have the best RB in the country and a very good QB. An amazing D.

Right now the only ones that have a chance against them, as I see it, are USC and OU, in that order. Miami doesn't.

I expected us to beat Notre Dame; the games are always close, but on a purely intellectual level, I thought we would win big.

But I never thought we would pimp-slap Notre Dame like a $10 whore.


I'm starting to get a 1997 vibe from these guys. Not yet totally sold on them; if they put together another game like this in Autzen Stadium next Saturday, then I'll be a true believer.

The Big 12 does kinda suck this year. Oklahoma is the only real standout squad. K-State looks decent, but they are K-State. Hard to tell how good they are when the play mediocre competition (kinda like the Big Ten ).
