I mass 73 kg, or 161 lbs (as of a week ago)
I am 1.81 metres or 5'11" tall
If placed in water at 20 degrees celsius (68F) I would displace a volume of 73 litres (assuming I float). You figure that out in pints, quarts, gallons and hogsheads....
"I mass (blah blah)?" Do you step on a scale to mass yourself, or weigh yourself? But then you can't use (kilo-) grams for weight, you should be using Newtons. See, metric units are stupid to try to use in ordinary life.

1 gal water is 8.43 lbs, so I would guess 19 gal
Calculated amount is 19 gal, 6 ozfl, 1¾ tsp

On a scale calibrated for the earth's gravitational field, I'm massing myself by stepping on the scale. More particularly, I'm measuring my gravitational mass as opposed to my inertial mass. But by the principle of equivalence, these quantities are one and the same.

Se what I mean? 8.43 lbs.

To get to within 1% takes 5 or 10 seconds of staring at the numbers...

9.81 Newtons per liter. See what I mean?

My initial guess of 19 gallons is 160.17 lbs, less than 1% off.

Newtons per liter?

To get rid of the 9.81 (as in 9.81 N ~ 1 kp) is not a matter of the measurement system. You'd have to change the acceleration of gravity from ~9.81 m/s² to either 10 m/s² or 1 m/s² (which would be more convenient unit-wise) to get rid of it. A lot of dirt to be thrown in the universe, but we'll make it!
