I had a problem with my HD. I lost some programs and some info...part of that was my address book and Civ/PTW. I had to reload stuff and find the addresses for peeps. School, the ISDG, the PTWDG, and "other" RL duties were the reasons for my departure in the SPDG. Otherwise, things are fine. Thanks for asking.
