Lose 30 kilos (of popups)

I wish Castle Greyskull would fall on Arnold's head so we could steal his ruby slippers and give them to someone worthy. I like the Rock - at least he speaks intelligible English.

Or '1941'.

Or 'Red Dawn'.

Glitter was bad, bad, bad- so bad that it wasn't even of train crash watchability- that awful desire to eyeball a traumatic event. Hooks in my eyelids would have been the only way to get me to watch all of it.

'Sphere' and 'Rising Sun' were pretty merde-acious too.

I fell asleep during 'Sphere', so had to go back and watch it again. Then I realized why I had fallen asleep...

Put an end to popups!

quote:
The comic 'belongs' to the Steampunk subgenre and as such it obeys its rules at least as much if not more than those of the superhero genre.

Yes, I too love Steampunk, but steampunk that has it's own integrity and characters. Mixing characters from entirely different novels (meaning different atmosphere and background) only based on the fact that they all belong to more or less the same era is lame, regardless of it happening in a steampunk world or not.

In that spirit, I would give Will Smith's "Wild Wild West" much more credit than this pile of crap.

Browse Apolyton AD-FREE

Was it was bad as Hudson Hawk? On a suck-o-la scale, weighted by box office return vs. cost to make the film,

Waterworld -> Ishtar -> Gigli -> Hudson Hawk

Or something like that. I don't know the grosses, but I'm sure it would be interesting.

I wasn't talking about Wild, Wild West. I was asking why axi is speaking so authoritatively about something he has obviously never even heard of before this thread.

Hey! Howard the Duck is cool! (When you're 10 yrs old!)

Actually lots of movies are cool when you're that age. The problem with you people is you know too much, so life gets boring.

I recall myself writing somewhere above that I have read the comic and I disliked it, for the reasons I mentioned.

I have also seen the film trailer, read a couple of reviews and talked with a couple of people that have seen the film. I do not need to go pay 7 Euro to a cinema to express an authoritative opinion about the film.

Nothing can prepare you for the horror that is Mortal Kombat: Annihilation.

One section of 'plot development' is like this:

"Sub-zero! I killed you in the last film!"

"No. That was my twin brother."

Sub-zero then gives a brief exposition, before vanishing from the film.

I never saw it but I heard there're some killer special effects, like when smoke flies across a chasm sitting in a chair with flashes of green screen around him.
