A mi me ha estado funcionando tan bien el ordenador que durante un año no he tenido que formatear el disco duro.

Es mas, por primera vez desde el año 2000 se me ha vencido mi subscripcion al Norton AntiVirus.

A mi lo que no me gusta del Norton SystemWork es la cantidad de recursos que consume... Y a eso añado que el último CleanSweep me parece que falla mucho (y eso que soy amante de cleanSweep desde que era un producto de Quaterdeck). Norton Antivirus 2002 es mi antivirus, y ya me ha caducado 2 veces.

PS: El mejor lenguaje del mundo ahora mismo, pesando popularidad, facilidad de diseño, y siendo un lenguaje de verdad es Java, es mi humildísima opinión

Yo amo al Norton Antivirus porque me permitió ganar bastante plata en 2002/2003 limpiando virus (cuando ponía el McAfee y los detectaba). Claro, en mi PC tengo McAfee
Yo trato de no tener nada funcionando en background, por eso el SystemWorks lo instalo sólo con las opciones del Utilities (y nunca el System nosecuanto, ese de los relojitos).
Para mantener todo más o menos limpio, anda muy bien.

Y el del AntiVirus nomas?

Y el NortonSystemWorks hace scandisk y defrag mas rapido? Porque cuando lo hice la ultima vez, el scandisk tardo 7 horas y el defrag despues de la 10ma lo apague.

Para el antivirus (pero no tanto) el método es el mismo. Para desfragmentar en XP, es más rápido el desfrag del Win (muuuuuuuuuuuucho más rápido) no debe hacer lo mismo, supongo.
