I would say no. We have one general secretary, whoever wins (is a run off needed since it's so close, with no general majority?) will be mod. We don't need 2 mods, and it would be a bit strange having it IMHO. I would far prefer to have one mod, and one general secretary. The whole RP of general secretary makes him the mod. Having another one without a position wouldn't seem right IMHO.
