The Red Sox are a single, cohesive team. The cracks in the Yankees are starting to show. The pinstripe walls are crumbling down like the walls of Jericho. Varitek, Millar, Garciaparra, people like this are the heart of the Red Sox team, and they keep the team together.

What leader does the Yankees have??? Jeter? Too much of a goon. Clemens? An old, bitter man. I don't see any leadership at all on the yankees team, other than the continual threat of Steinbrenner's pink slip - something which is hindering Yankee moral more than helping it.
