Yep, and he's really short for a guy - 5'7". I walked past him at the lobby of a movie theatre once, and I couldn't imagine dating him, because I was wearing heels, and I'm bigger than he is. Althought I suspect he was wearing elevator shoes, which technically makes him like 5'4".
Yep, Pekka, in that competition, you'd be my pick. Unless you're 5'6" - then you're out of the running. You and Tobey Maguire gotta go to the coatroom.

I think that at the time I chose this username there was a debate on the OT about nuclear weapons. Since Peter Sellers was one of my favorite comedians I naturally thought about this movie in which he starred.

Ata: Aesthetically and ergonomically speaking, no, I would never date a guy who's littler than me. I'm pretty little myself, and I'd like to have someone to lean on who's not going to be mistaken for a human crutch.
DaShi: I don't feel bad about people thinking I'm a man online, because we all sound like a55holes in here anyway. I'd feel bad if you walked up to me in RL, looked at my tits and called me sir. No, actually, I'd probably laugh.

You can get away with it if you are twice as wide as them though.
Always thought it strange though.
I really( genuinely ) would like to know why?
I'm short, 5'7, yet, as a big fat bastard, have gone out with many taller girls. Why?
5" of thigh bone seems to be offset by 3" of collar bone in many cases, can someone explain why?

Sometimes, but it's easier to spot him in a crowd, he can get the Oreos off the top of the refrigerator for you, and he can point out stuff to you that you can't immediately see due to his higher visual range. A shorter guy can't tell me anything I can't already see for myself.

It's a real shame that you let a thing like height get in the way of getting to know someone. |
No problem getting to know someone. It's the rest that I have issues with. I hate being friends with someone who won't let the relationship stay that way. Especially if you specifically say you aren't interested.
Unfortunately, I am human enough to know that if I'm not at least somewhat physically attracted to someone, it's not going to work no matter how cool a person is.

One woman finding the man unattractive does not make him unattractive to every woman.

Agreed. But beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
