Hold on, you weren't attacked by the Rebels, they haven't gone yet. You may have been attacked by another country, but then the Iraqi Army did not attack you.
Don't know what happened but the US pledges to help its democratic friends.

Jim Panse, will you agree not to attack Belgrade as well?
Also, the US introduces a motion into the Security Council to give India a mandate of Sri Lanka and to forbid any intervention, meaning occupation and administration of the affairs of a sovereign nation (including rogue states), without a mandate of at least a majority vote of the Security Council.
