	Can i get help on Ansteig Scenario??? Full PM-box? Change here!

Well i posted this on the Civ2 Help forum but not much help was givin there. So can anyone go there and see if they could help me out to get the scenario running?

just convert it to FW, it works fine

Well i converted it to FW...And it still wouldn't work :[ showed the same error....

Usually if a scenario doesn't work I do the following:

a) select 'load a saved file' after starting civ
b) go to the directory and type '*.*' on the filename blank
c) choose the scenario (it should be able to open it)
d) use cheat mode to save it as scenario again (of course, use another name)
e) now quit the game and load the scenario directly.

My friend John valdez seems to think that the file might be corrupted in a way. But J.Petrotski doesn't seem to read his emails so there's no help from him :[ guess i won't be able to play Ansteig(the supposedly best WW2euro scne ever) :[

did you try downloading the files from a different location, then trying it again?
And by the way, does anyone have the sounds for Anstieg? They seem to have... vanished.

Well i've downloaded every ansteig scn from about 7different sites and it never worked i'll try and download it from a different site and try and convert it. One thing that might be wrong with it, is that no sounds came with the scn. actually none of the downloads come with the sounds anymore.....they used to tho.
