I would try to get a somewhat healthy surplus, but not set the rate to zero. I think in the future Palmach troops will be needed, Hagganah or Irgun won't cut it for some operations.

No one here seems to know how to make a valid poll. I should link to the Civ2DG to educate our members.

Banana needs to be included just in case everyone feels this is a nonsense poll. It's a way of keeping the ministers honest. People also would get to vote for options they like rather than just the 'lesser of two evils.'

As for this topic, I feel we need cash to start off and once we stabilise somewhat we can increase the science rate.

Luxuries would be an option if we were not in a war for our lives and had reasonable territorial security.

I'm going to need a lot of money to use to rush buy units in these critical turns Arthedain so we will have to discuss that. Make sure to keep taxes high but keep science at a decent level.

we will have it soon , .....

it might be wise to calculate that 10 % allready into the budget , ....

since we need science asap to get modern units , but we need money also , .....

therefore all we can do is to find the right balance , ....
