Oregon Coast, USA! or Bohol, Philippines!

If you think it's worth making, please do so, I'd love to play it but haven't the first clue how to make it.
Basicly you start off with the world today. Then, if you can swing it, the Yellowstone Caldera blows and takes out all of the US except the east coast and say, the northwest behind the Cascades, some of Canada and Mexico. The resulting shock waves cause pieces of Hawaii and those islands in the Atlantic, don't recall the names to fall into the oceans and cause tital waves, devistating coastlines on the east coast of the US, and in asia. Also, random eruptions of the worlds volcanos could occur.
What nations are left standing? What is the world power balance?
The US could be stripped of it's ability to build nucs, tanks, and certain ships by not giving the sciences, but they could start with such units around the globe.
The western US (except the Northwest) would be basicly randomized, new rivers, mountains, tremendous polution caused by volcanic dust.
I think China would run wild...
Anyway, any folks here inclined to take on such a project?
Thanks for your time.
edit, spelling

Ok fine. Nobody likes the idea.
Here's the deal, you build this scn, I'll give you my ancient family recipe for not having a hangover even though you drink alot. (If the scn is good, I decide)
Note; you can drink alot, but not endlessly. You can drink 8 or so glasses of wine and not feel bad the next day, and you'll be able to handle it very well that night.

Right, point taken. Ok, at the risk of wearing out my umm, 'welcome'...are there any scn creators who don't associate themselves w/ the unloving "scn creators" listed above, and have a soft spot for us lazy ppl?

Well,...no. Besides, we are all very busy with our own scenarios, really.
Start it yourself and if you reach the point where you don't know how to continue ask for help. That's how I do it all the time...
