	Lord Protector of Sheepsta declared Holy Emperor Leo I Get a bigger avatar today!

The government of Sheepsta has announced that the people of Sheepsta have a new Emperor. Emperor Leo I will now control the government of the Sheepstan people.

He has already handed out new nobilities and has legalised Human Sacrafices for the 98% of Sheepstans who follow the ancient Sheepstan relgion.

Of course there is an age limit to these with human sacrafices must be under the age of 5 or a refugee.

With the influx of refugees from the failing governments of the region this should not be a problem.

Yes. Is your nation willing to send their death row criminals to Sheepsta for ritualistic sacrafice. They may not be virigins but they can go through the rituals of purification.

Also is any nation willing to donate a number of beutiful, teen virigins to the Sheepstan state. One in every five will join the Emperor's ever increasing harem, the rest will be sacraficed to keep the Great God of Sheepsta, Khaine happy.

(Incidentally enough, you may care to rethink your religion's stance on human 'sacrafices'. Make them compulsory, rather than optional. In Uddersville, each citizen has to sacrifice a set quota of infidels each month. The actual number to be 'dedicated' varies according to the citizen's respective social and religious ranks and according to the time, and the astrological position of the year.)

An interesting development, given that Leo came to power at the head of a Catholic theocracy in a nation which was maintained to be predominantly fundamentalist.

Incidentally, given the size of the NS world, sending it into a nuclear winter would be more or less impossible; if not for this, we'd all be dead by now.

We practice the relgion of Sheepstan-Catholicism, which uses the name Khaine for God, and believe human sacrafices is indeed important part of the relgious cycle.

Edit: You may have heard of Karakas' new reality TV show Who Wants to be an Immigrant? Survivors who do not gain immigrant status are deported, and they can go to any country of their choice. Anyone is free to advertise their country as a destination to these people.
