Lhasa is in the far south of Tibet, not the far north. Lhasa is reasonably close to Kathmandu. Thimphu is also really far away from where it actually is too, which is again also close to Kathmandu.
I'd suggest losing both Lhasa and Thimphu and replacing them with cities in Korea. Tibet and Bhutan in all respects, didn't really matter that much during the war.
Korea would make for much more fun fighting in the Chinese-Korea area.
