Should this include only regular random start games or also special scenarios? I assume just regular games, because it's very easy to make a special map where you can get space flight bc.

yes that is quite true.Like the all river map that gave 400s landings and when toggled to a scenario gave bc landings.

about 1850 or so using one of the OCC games.

People landed in 25 AD?!?! I thought it was an accomplishment to get refrigeration by then!

yes, FB and crow, there was a coop MP game to lauch at 1 ad. It was easier than we thought.
