	Civ III, Civ III Gold, PTW, conquests !??? Browse Apolyton AD-FREE

I'd like to have Civ III with all the addons. I've heard that PTW will be included in the new Conquests Expansion Pack. So does it make sense to buy the Civ III Gold Edition + Conquests? Or do I get the same when I buy the cheaper Civ III standard + Conquests?

If you're planning on buying Conquests, the GE would (it seems) be pointless. Apparently everything on PTW is on C3C. Good question to ask later after C3C has been out a bit and its strengths and weaknesses have been seen.

It just depends on what kind of sales you can find. Around here, you may be able to find the original on a discount or used.
I would go with the one that was the cheapest and then get
C3C.

C3C will include everything from PTW (grr, I wish I knew this before ), so it doesn't make sense to buy the Gold Edition.
