	Help with civ3edit.exe Support Apolyton

I am trying to change some rule properties. I can not get it to work. I click on "Rules" "Edit" and everything is grayed out.

Any advice will be great!

You need to select Custom Rules from the Scenario menu before you actually change any rules.
